It is not intended for salons, studios, or businesses with multiple technicians.

Premium Membership is designed for salons, studios, and businesses with multiple technicians, larger tool volumes, and frequent shipments.
It includes unlimited shipping, higher minimum order thresholds, and expanded service benefits.

Your monthly or annual membership payments are converted into account credit.
This credit is automatically applied to your service orders.

• Credits do not expire
• Unused balance rolls over
• If your service cost exceeds your balance, you simply pay the difference

Example:
You have $120 in credit and submit a $200 service order → you pay only $80.

Yes — round-trip shipping is included, according to your plan:

• Basic Membership: up to 2 covered shipments per year
• Premium Membership: unlimited covered shipments

All shipments must comply with the plan’s intended use and minimum order requirements.

Yes. To ensure efficient processing:

• Basic Membership: minimum $100 or 6 tools per shipment
• Premium Membership: minimum $200 or 15 tools per shipment

Orders below these thresholds may require additional payment or plan adjustment.

Memberships have a minimum commitment period of 6 months.

After the minimum term:

• You may cancel at any time via email or your account
• No penalties apply

If canceled early, any previously granted benefits (such as free shipping or priority service) may be adjusted according to the Terms.

If usage patterns significantly exceed the intended scope of your plan
(e.g., salon-level shipments under an individual plan), we may:

• Apply actual shipping costs, or
• Recommend or convert the membership to a more appropriate plan

You will always be notified before any changes are applied.
